Directed by Jack Smight, this sporty comedy stars Gabe Kaplan as a New York delicatessen clerk who fulfills his lifelong dream of coaching a college basketball team. Never mind that the college is out in Nevada and that he is working for nothing. Coach Greene is determined to beat the number one team in the region- even if he has to break all the rules to do it.
